BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON-LINE   /   ORDER REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS ON-LINE 
If you have not already registered for on-line access to our appointments book or your own repeat medication record, just ask reception for your login details.
Registration is a simple process you can do at home and only takes a few minutes. 
Then, using your own login ID and password, you can book appointments when it suits you instead of waiting for our phone line to be free.  The on-line system is available 24hrs a day / 7 days a week.

New Patient Registration

registration1The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.  As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a consultation with the Practice Nurse. 

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
