Repeat Prescriptions

You may obtain a repeat prescription by completing your re-order form and placing in the box at the surgery; posting or ordering via our website before 12 noon on a weekday, for receipt in 72 hours. 

We have an automated messaging system available between 8 and 6 every day for requesting medication.   Please call the surgery number and press the relevant option when prompted.      You should use this number if you do not wish to submit your requests online.   Please state clearly your name, date of birth and all the names and strengths of the medication you required.  

All patients on repeat prescriptions must see the doctor at regular intervals.

Special Prescription Request

If you require medication no longer on your repeat list, please complete the form below and either hand in to the surgery or email the form to us at fv.gp25121callandercli@nhs.scot.    Please note this means you will have to open and save the form on your own computer in order to send it as an attachment to our email address.

Please allow 72 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
